For fees under $200, payment by cash, check, or credit card is required at time of service.

For fees over $200, payment arrangements may be made in advance through our business office. In treatments involving the dental laboratory, we require payment, as we are on a cash basis with our laboratory. Different options are available on the balance of your account. Please speak with our business office manager to discuss payment options.
